Sandi is the Director of the Puskarich Public Library System and curator of the Harrison County History of Coal Museum. She has more than thirty years of experience in library leadership, facilities and technology management.

Sandi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ohio University, and her Masters of Library and Information Science degree through the University of South Carolina. Believing in the importance of civic engagement and working to help your community, Sandi serves as the Broadband Chair for Harrison County Regional Planning Commission, also on the Boards of the Harrison County Historical Society, Harrison County Community Foundation, WVU Harrison Community Hospital, Harrison Hills Business Advisory Committee, Ohio’s Broadcast & Educational Media Commission, and the Harrison County Visitors Bureau.

Sandi was raised on a dairy farm in Jewett, Ohio. She enjoys spending time with family and loves farm life operating a cow/calf focused beef farm alongside her husband, Alan, with over 400 head of cattle. You may see her on the sidelines of local sporting events where she enjoys photography and contributes photos for area newspapers.
