Dan has been a NARO member since 2021 and has completed the NARO Registered Mineral Management (RMM) program. Dan is the NARO Ohio President. In addition to this role, Dan also serves on the NARO National Board of directors. Together, Dan and his wife, Barbara, own and operate Chase Chickens, a 150,000 broiler grow-out operation, which includes 383 leased acres in Lee Township, Carroll County. Dan also serves as the president/CEO of Cervus Solutions, a business and technical consulting firm. He has 26 years of experience in project management, holding leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies, and has successfully managed large budgets and staff.

A graduate of Carrollton High School and The Akron University with a degree in computer science. Dan joins NARO and NARO Ohio as a business man, a farmer, and royalty owner representing Carroll County.
